Modena and “GOCCE’s” range of excellent balsamic Vinegar. Two Things that can’t do without each other. The collection of GOCCE offers the pure taste of the Old Flavours of Balsamic Vinegars and Condiment in different ages and some surprising combinations! The visit to Acetaia Gocce, was enriching and invigorating. After a long afternoon of explanation and tasting, Balsamic Vinegar, Balsamic Condiments had no secrets to us anymore…at least that is what we thought. Off course the real secret lay with the ‘Master of Balsamics’.
