A good-looking champagne boasting millions of tiny, persistent bubbles. Aromas of plums and stewed mirabelles are apparent on the nose along with a touch of brioche and other pastries. Notes of orange peel and of torrefaction add to the fullness on the palate before the long, sustained finish.
Crystal clear and bursting with floral aromas, this champagne is a veritable hymn to Springtime. On the palate there’s a wonderful freshness that highlights the aromas so expressive of the terroir of Cuisles, followed by a long finish which is a sheer delight to the taste buds.
