A unusually deep pink for a Roséchampagne, with an abundance of tiny bubbles. Being made almost entirely with Pinot Meunier means that our Roséis extraordinarily fresh and fruity . The dominant aromas are of red fruit: wild strawberries and redcurrants, whilst in the mouth the wine is round with lots of length.

The grapes for this champagne come from 4 villages: Cuisles, Jonquery, Olizy and Châtillon sur Marne Soil
Clay 0/20cm, clay and sand 20/60cm, illite 60/80cm (green clay), Marne clay + 80cm (dry limestone powder). Our valley is perpendicular at the vallée de la Marne, recognized for its lands veined with green clay
