Description: this gastronomical white wine is made from indigenous grape varieties, with a low yield per acres resulting in high quality grapes. The use of spontaneous fermentation based on local yeasts strengthens the expression of the terroir.
A part of the wine is aged on re-used bariques of Chateau D'Yquem and blended with the other wine on inox cuves.
Aroma’s: Golden yellow colour, with aroma's of white fruits as well as dried/inlay-ed fruits
Taste: refined rund, refreshing taste with expressions of the fruits and mineral and long after taste.
