Description: Langhe DOC is made with estate-grown grapes from the Barbera vineyards, Nebbiolo vineyards and Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards. Aguing potential of this Langhe Rosso is at least 12/13 years if stored correctly, away from light, at a cool and constant temperature, in the same horizontal position as when it arrives in its case until the moment of consumption.
Sulphites: an absolute minimum of sulphites added. (20 - 40 mg/l). Note: conventional wines can contain up to 200 mg/l
Aroma’s: Intense and persistent, ethereal, with fruit sensations (cherry), discreet and delicate notes from the wood (earthy sensations) reminiscent of vanilla, brushwood and tobacco.
Taste: Dry, full, warm, smooth, with notable structure, suitably tannic, balanced. Complex and persistent finish reminiscent of milk chocolate.
