1.2 WHICH LANGUAGES THAT ARE SUPPORTED BY THE THECOOKSTAYS.COM

The Cook Stays has made the choice to start up in English seen the international character of Internet and the constantly evolving gastronomical trends across the world. Other languages (Dutch, French) will be added shortly.

ENG - However if you have any questions, feel free to get in touch via email or phone in Dutch, French, English or German.

NL - Als u toch even wenst bijgestaan te worden in uw eigen taal, kan dit ook in het Nederlands, Frans, Duits of Engels.

FR - Si vous avez encore des questions, n'hésitez pas a nous contacter par téléphone  ou courrier électronique en Français, Anglais ou Allemand.  

1.3 HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE GOODS I PURCHASE?

The Cook Stays can accept

  • Cash payments on pick up at our warehouse in Hove, Belgium
  • Cash payments on delivery (Great-Antwerp Area only - minimum order € 100
  • Payments via Bank Tranfer before shipment
  • and Payments via PayPal and Credit Cards (also via PayPal)

You will be able to select your preferred choice at check out.

1.4 HOW IS THE SHIPMENT COST CALCULATED?
    • As we are shipping a lot of wines and oils in glass containers, we work together with use adapted packaging to ensure safe delivery of your goods.
    • The cost is calculated according to the number of bottles that need to be shipped and an additional fee for international shipments.  Check the exact cost on check out based on your selected shipment method.
