La Guinelle | Banyuls Vinegars

Passionate about wine,

Nathalie had a crush for a small house hanging on the hillside above the hamlet of Cosprons, overlooking the bay of Paulilles, in the very south of France.

It are her friend winemakers, who pushed Nathalie to produce Banyuls vinegars. With a stubborn and contagious tenacity 'The Guinelle' became vinegar producer and quickly became a reference for artisanal vinegar above all benchmarks!

Many Michelin star restaurants want no other!

Banyuls is a French appellation d'origine contrôlée (AOC) for a fortified apéritif or dessert wine made from old vines cultivated in terraces on the slopes of the Catalan Pyrenees in the Roussillon county of France, bordering, to the south, the Empordà wine region in Catalonia in Spain. The Cook Stays offers the full range of vinegars and related product, presented by Nathalie and her team.
