Clover gins are made in the north of the province of Antwerp by 3 sisters who like the shape of clover.
They live close to a natural reserve called 'Kalmthoutse Heide'. Their love for this area shaped Clover Gins.
The distilling process was an adventure.
Coriander, cardamom and juniper are often used as a strong base while making a gin.
