Description: Selective manual harvest of the domain own grapes. Rapid entry into cellar by gravity. Pressed at low pressure with a 50 % extraction of free-run juice. Fermentation in small tanks at controlled temperature. Aging in bottle for more than 48 months
Aroma’s & Taste: Yellow straw colour with hints of green. Small, fine and slow forming but persistent bubbles. Pleasant fresh aroma, with nuances dry ripe fruits and toasted accents. Generous a long finish.
Foodpairing: Perfect with aperitifs, ham, fish, seafood, sushi and sashimi, white meats and creamy cheeses.
