Description: after a nightly harvest the grapes are de-stalked, crushed and left macerated on the skin during 3 to 4 hours to obtain the right color. After a first fermentation on stainless steel vats under controlled temperature of 10 days the must becomes wine.
Following a 24 months ageing in the bottle at a constant temperature. 24 months sur lattes, dosage 8 g/l.
